Love can be casual.
Terms cannot.

1. Nature of the Service

Love Survivor is an interactive entertainment work based on zodiac personalities and romantic situations. Its content is fictional, exaggerated, and comedic. It does not constitute psychological, medical, legal, or real-world relationship advice, nor does it make factual claims about any zodiac sign, gender, or group.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The game does not require registration. Future community accounts and real-life story submissions will be available only to users aged 18 or older. You must protect your community account credentials and are responsible for activity under your account. You may not impersonate others, register accounts in bulk, evade bans, or disrupt the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not attack, reverse-engineer for disruptive purposes, or interfere with the service; use cheats to access, scrape, or reproduce nonpublic content in bulk; or distribute malicious code, scams, unlawful information, or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend parts of the service for security, maintenance, content updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Community Content and Event Card Adaptation License

You retain the rights you hold under law in your original submissions. Ordinary forum posts, comments, and casual conversations do not automatically grant a license to adapt them for the game. To operate the community and turn eligible stories into game content, after accepting these Terms you may use the “Create Event Card” or “Edit Event Card” feature and click “Submit.” By submitting, you expressly authorize adaptation of that event card: you grant the Love Survivor project a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, translate, edit, anonymize, adapt, combine, create derivative content from, and use it in the game, promotion, and related commercial releases. This license permits us to engage production or distribution partners to use the content for those purposes.

For content already selected for the question pool, adapted, or distributed with a released version, the license remains effective to the extent permitted by law so that a released work does not become unavailable because a single submission is withdrawn. You may still request deletion of the original post, removal of its association with your account, or cessation of future uses not yet produced. We will consider the production status, applicable law, and the rights of others when handling the request.

Before community registration or the first use of event-card creation features, the platform will require users to accept these Terms, ensuring that they know the authorization rules before submitting. A repeated pop-up or checkbox is not required for every submission. An ordinary forum post does not gain event-card authorization status merely because the user clicks “Post.”

5. Submitter Warranties

You represent that submitted content is your original work or that you have obtained all necessary permissions. It must not include private-message screenshots disclosed without consent, real names, contact details, home addresses, employers, precise locations, health information, or identity information. It must not defame, harass, threaten, or infringe a third party's copyright, likeness, privacy, or other rights. Use fictional labels and alter identifying details. Even when content describes your own experience, you cannot waive the rights of another real person in the story.

6. Moderation, Reports, and Enforcement

Once the community launches, it will provide content reporting, user reporting, and blocking features, with ongoing moderation. We may reject, hide, anonymize, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, platform policies, or the law, and may restrict or terminate related accounts. Send reports to [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

Except for submission rights retained by users under law, the game software, characters, visuals, music, text, trademarks, and website content belong to their respective rights holders. These Terms grant you only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service and do not transfer any project intellectual property.

8. Account and Content Termination

You may delete a future community account as described in Account & Data Deletion. Account deletion does not affect lawful processing that occurred before deletion, legal retention obligations, or completed anonymized adaptation licenses expressly described in these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of all content, or any particular game outcome. No limitation of liability excludes consumer rights, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or other mandatory liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and Contact

For material changes to these Terms, we will update the date and provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by law. General questions: [email protected]; legal or infringement notices: [email protected].
