Account & Data Deletion
The game has no account.
Your data is still your choice.
Love Survivor currently does not require registration, so there is no “game account” to close. A future community account and local game saves are independent: deleting a community account will not affect the game on your device, and clearing game data will not close a community account.
1. Delete Current Game Data
Configuration, saved games, match history, and achievements from the web version are stored locally in your current browser. In your browser's “Site Settings” or “Privacy and Security” settings, find lovesurvivor.com or play.lovesurvivor.com and select “Clear Site Data.” You can also uninstall the installed PWA/app and delete its data. We cannot restore the data after it is cleared.
If you only want to stop anonymous operational statistics, click “Anonymous Analytics: On” on the game's start page to switch it to “Off.” This stops new events and deletes the anonymous analytics ID from your device. Existing hashed events on the server can no longer be linked to a new ID and will be automatically deleted within no more than 180 days.
2. Current Status of Community Accounts
Registration is not yet open at community.lovesurvivor.com, so there are currently no community accounts to close and no need for a separate game-registration entry point. Before the community launches, we will make all of the following available:
- “Settings → Account → Delete Account” within the community;
- An equivalent in-app deletion option if the mobile app allows users to create or sign in to community accounts;
- A web-based deletion-request channel on this page.
3. Request Deletion on the Web
After the community launches, you may email [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include your community username and registration email address. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or sensitive information unrelated to verification. We will confirm the request through a verified channel associated with the account and ordinarily complete it within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a different period.
4. Scope of Deletion
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, authentication information, posts and comments associated with the account, nonessential moderation records, and other associated personal data. Data that must be retained to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or fulfill legal obligations will be isolated and retained for limited periods and purposes.
If a submission has already been adapted under license into an event card that does not identify an individual, deleting the account will remove its association with the account but will not automatically delete anonymous derivative content already distributed with a game release. You may also request that future uses not yet produced be stopped.
5. Delete Specific Data Only
If you do not want to delete the entire community account, you may use the same email address to request deletion of a specific post, correction of profile information, a copy of your data, or withdrawal of a submission that has not yet entered production. For privacy details, see the Privacy Policy.
